The store that sold everything.

This little part of the world is a place called Brennan and Geraghty's Store. It was opened in 1871 by two men, Patrick Brennan and Martin Geraghty. Martin Geraghty’s youngest son, George closed the doors on the business in 1972 at the age of 88, leaving behind a century’s worth of history. It is now a part of the National Trust. Rightly so, to walk into this store is to step back through time. It is frozen in yesteryear, and the quiet air in the place makes you take a step back and appreciate the history. Like every country corner store of it’s time, it really was a store that sold everything.

Apologies for the quality, I was dealing with a VERY dark place and no flash allowed, and I am still getting used to low light photography.
